Twin Cedars advanced to the second round of the class one-A volleyball Regional last night over county rival Melcher-Dallas in three sets 25/21, 25/21, and 21/19. The Sabers will advance to play Martensdale St. Mary’s next Tuesday in Martensdale. The Blue Devils won in five games over Iowa Christian Academy. Twin Cedars improves to 15-3 on the season while Melcher-Dallas finishes its season at 15-9.
