Three Knoxville Hospital and Clinics employees have been recognized for completing the Iowa Hospital Association Health Care Leadership Series. Darci Fuller, Lori Major, and Laci Dykstra have been participating in the programs for the past year, helping to build and enhance their leadership skills. The programs cover a range of content, including budgeting and finance, dealing with conflict, accountability for results, and legal aspects of management.
