The American Legion Post No. 108 in Pleasantville is hosting a breakfast Saturday, from 7-10am, to help support the Pleasantville Memorial Hall. Dennis Murphy, with the American Legion, says that 75% of funds raised during the freewill donation breakfast will be used to help keep up the Memorial Hall. The American Legion will use 25% of the funds to help support other projects, such as Christmas baskets and boys’ state. Information will also be distributed about the upcoming tax levy vote. The breakfast will include biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, pancakes, and breakfast sweets.
