The Pleasantville Girls’ Basketball team is hosting a spaghetti dinner this evening at the high school cafeteria from 5-7:15. Varsity coach Trevor Miller says money received through the freewill donation dinner will help reduce costs for the team. It will also be put toward a new scoreboard and shooting shirts. He says that parents are invited to stop by before or after parent-teacher conferences, and there will also be to-go containers available for those who don’t have time to sit down. Miller adds that this was the girls’ idea, and they’ve done a great job organizing it, showing great leadership and drive.
