An alleged sexual abuser is scheduled to be arraigned in Marion County District Court Friday. 25-year-old Randy Marshall Lang, of Altoona, has been charged with five counts of third degree sexual abuse after allegedly having sexual contact five times with a 15-year-old this summer. Court documents state that Lang allegedly picked up the girl near her house, and the sexual contact would occur on isolated rural roads. The arraignment is scheduled for 9:30am.
