IN THE PAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO FOURTEEN CALLS FOR SERVICE, including but not limited to one report of atv’s on the roadway, one call reference debris on the roadway, one animal call, one dog call, five property damage accident, one motorist assist, two thefts, one call reference live stock in the roadway, and assisted with one other call.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING TWENTY-NINE SUBJECTS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS NO SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL;

AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
