Preparations are being made for Living Windows and the Lighted Parade on Thursday evening in Knoxville. The downtown square has been decorated with snowflakes, and Christmas music can be heard through speakers throughout the square. The theme this year is “Books of Christmas”. Things get started at 5:30 with Living Windows, and the Lighted Parade kicks off at 7:30. The Big Red Radio will be downtown, playing Christmas music and making announcements, and the Lil Big Red Radio will be participating in the parade. Santa and Mrs. Clause will also be making appearances Thursday night.
