No injuries were reported after a fire broke out on property on G-40 and 28th Street west of Pleasantville. At about 3:15 yesterday afternoon, Pleasantville Fire & Rescue responded to a report of multiple vehicles on fire. The property owner had been using the property to keep multiple vehicles to use for parts. The instrument he was using to cut up one vehicle caused the vehicle to catch fire, and the fire quickly spread to the other vehicles. The fire engulfed several of the vehicles before being put out. Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies also responded to the scene.
