The investigation into circumstances that led to a lockdown at PCM High School on Thursday has been closed. The potential threat was evaluated by the Monroe Police Department, with assistance from, the Jasper County Sheriff’s office, Des Moines Police, and the PCM School district and found to be not credible. The Monroe Police Department thanks all of the agencies responsible for their assistance and commends the PCM School District’s handling of the matter.
