The closing of T-15 over the Red Rock Dam has been extended. Corps officials tell KNIA/KRLS News that the road will not be open by Thanksgiving as hoped.The six million dollar project is a complicated affair that includes the overhaul of gate mechanisms, and the building and installation of a 90-ton movable bulkhead. The new bulkhead will allow workers to perform maintenance on the gates without drawing down the lake in the future.
