Black Friday and Small Business Saturday are important days on the calendar of many local businesses. Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Director Aanna Hoch says that many businesses in Knoxville will be open both days. As people shop for holiday gifts, Hoch says that many of the local retail outlets and boutiques have great gift ideas. She also suggests people look at local services, such as oil changes, hair salons, or restaurants.
