The 3M Club in Knoxville is once again holding a unique fundraiser to raise money for Toys for Tots this holiday season. 3M Club President Corey Carr says that the “undercover boss” fundraiser is back. 3M employees donate money to Toys for Tots and designate an area that they would like to see some of the managers work for two hours. Whatever area garners the most money will have a manager work along side them. Carr says last year the plant manager had to work a night shift cleaning out vacuum bags. He says the employees enjoy seeing managers do such dirty jobs.
