I have spoken with Kelly Rowe and Dr. Bob Filippone with the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics a number of times recently regarding medical imaging. Kelly has been a big help for many years helping us with the annual KNIA/KRLS Breast Cancer Save a Life Radiothon we hold at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics and Pella Regional Health Center that we hold every October. Having grown up when old fashioned film X rays were considered a miracle, I am fascinated by new imaging technologies and how they save lives. In this interview they tell me all about it and the great prospects for the future.
