At the Knoxville super caucus site, Texas Governor Rick Perry edged out former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum by eight votes. Perry was represented on site by Kansas Governor Sam Brownback.
Perry had 163 total votes, 25.8% of the total ballet. Santorum had 155 votes, which was 24.5%. Texas Congressman Ron Paul had 137 votes, or 21.6%. Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney gathered 78 votes, or 12.3%. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has 10.4% with 66 votes, and Minnesota Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann received 4.9% of the ballet with 31 votes cast.
