Marion County Iowa Democrats chairwoman Anita Martin says that the Democratic caucus in Marion County featured a small but mighty turnout. The beginning of the caucus featured a video message from President Barack Obama. Martin says that the video included a list of accomplishments that will be passed along to those that may be sitting on the fence as the campaign gets underway. Martin notes that the message was a great push before breaking into precincts and townships. The evening went quite smoothly, she says, and everyone there wanted to make sure Obama stays in the Oval Office.
