The Union Street Players will be holding auditions today. The additions are for the next show they are putting on, “The Night of January 16th” a play by Ayn Rand. The plot focuses on a murder trial where the victim may have been murdered, or may have killed himself. The Director of the play, Anne McCullough Kelly tells KNIA/KRLS News that the play presents a unique opportunity for the community theatre group because the Jury for the trial will be selected from the audience. No roles have been cast yet, the first session of auditions will be held 1:00-3:30 at the Pella Community Center today, with another casting session Monday evening from 7:00 until 9:30 PM.
