The Knoxville Education Foundation raised $620 during their Chili Cookoff last night. Nine different chefs lined up in the kitchen at the high school as participants sampled each chili and voted for their favorite. The Northstar 5th graders took home the Golden Ladle.

Knoxville Education Foundation President David Hoke says that they’ll use the money to help integrate technology in the classrooms of every Knoxville school. The cookoff ran before and during the girls/boys doubleheader against Newton yesterday.
