A Knoxville man and woman were arrested this week after allegedly stealing and selling more than $4000 worth of jewelry. 36-year-old Jason Thomas Shilling and 39-year-old Shannon Joy Davis are in Marion County Jail after being charged with second degree theft as well as a probation violation. Both suspects have pled guilty to forgery in the past. According to Marion County Court Records, the two suspects took the jewelry from the owner last month without permission and sold it. Shilling and Davis each face up to five years in prison if convicted.
