The Bussey bus barn was destroyed by fire at approximately 4:30 this afternoon. Authorities tell KNIA/KRLS news that school employee was working on a gas tank, and the gas ignited. No one was injured in the fire. Multiple fire departments responded to the scene, including Bussey, Lovilla, Eddyville, Knoxville, Knoxville Rural, Clay Township, and possibly others. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office was also on scene. The bus barn was a total loss.
