The Knoxville City Council will recognize two employees for their services to the city at their regular meeting Monday night. Dennis Webb will be given a plaque recognizing his 30 years of services, and Darrel Brown will receive one for his 20 years of service. They’ll also vote on authorizing staff to request proposals for the 2012 Water Street Improvement Project and will set a public hearing for the adoption of the 2012-2013 Proposed City Budget. The meeting takes place at 6:15 Monday evening and can be heard live on 1320 KNIA.
