While Jay Fresh and Lane Colwell wrestled their last matches for Knoxville at the State Meet this month, the third member of the Knoxville threesome to make the state meet will be back next season. Tyler Chatterton was only a sophomore this season and Coach Ron Peterson said Chatterton got an eye-opening experience at the state meet. Chatterton lost to the eventual state champion Zack Witte of Cedar Rapids Prairie in the quarterfinals. Peterson says Chatterton was a great addition to the team and improved each time on the mat.
