The Iowa State Patrol reports that area roadways are partially covered and may be slick. The Marion County Secondary Roads Department tells KNIA/KRLS News that roadways east of Highway 14, and north of Highway 92 are where most of the patchy ice exists, and crews are in operation. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office urges caution, and suggests that drivers take plenty of time to get to their destinations, and give our road crews and first responders plenty of room to work.
