A graveside memorial service for Pat Buttrey, age 80, of Knoxville, will be held at 11 am, Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the Ruckman Cemetery of rural Knoxville. Pat’s family will greet friends from 12 Noon to 2 pm on Thursday at the Prairie Village Community Center in Knoxville.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Pat’s family.  Condolences may be sent to www.winfieldfh.com.
