Iowa Senate Candidate Amy Sinclair will be the special guest during Knoxville Mayor Don Zoutte’s monthly Coffee with the Mayor event this afternoon. The public is invited to Rick’s Sports Diner at 4pm this afternoon to discuss city issues with Zoutte as well as ask Sinclair questions. The discussion is expected to last less than an hour.
