We are in the midst of Nutrition Awareness Month. Marcia Driesen at the Pella Hy-Vee tells KNIA/KRLS News that there are so many things that people can do to improve the nutritional quality of their meals. She recommends going to a nutritional specialist and setting up a plan. She says that the MyPlate government guidelines released last summer are a great place to start to eat more balanced, healthier meals.
