Katheryne Todd and Christina Boosalis each entered not guilty pleas yesterday morning to charges having to do with prescription drug diversion.The two Knoxville women, both age 50, were charged with conspiracy to commit insurance fraud and obtaining a controlled substance through fraud last month. They will both appear in court next on June 8th for a pre-trial conference. The court also granted Boosalis the ability to leave the state in June to go on a family vacation. If convicted on both charges, each woman faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.
