Tulips in Pella are in full bloom, and city officials are encouraging visitors to visit the city at least twice–now and during Tulip Time. Bonnie Verberg, Director of the Vermeer Windmill tells KNIA/KRLS News that visitors are already in town in record numbers for this time of year. Verburg adds that tulip viewing over the Easter holiday will be outstanding, and a visit to the Historical Village a perfect family activity over the weekend.
