We’ve passed the planned end date of the legislative session, but lawmakers still have issues to cover. The parties are nearing a compromise over property tax relief and the general budget. And witht he Senate dropping a bill that would have cut public funding for abortions, the end is looking even closer. But technology problems have slowed things down. Representative Jim Van Englenhoeven says on Thursday, computers at the statehouse lost most of their functions. He expects they will be back on track early this week.
