With their home invite just days away, the Twin Cedars girls track is setting their sights higher than adding to their bounty of top finishes.  Sabers’ head coach Dennis VerPloegh says sprinter Ayla Crosby and the girls on the Shuttle Hurdle Relay team have both zeroed in on breaking their own school records.  

He adds that several other athletes have done a great job to better their own personal records and continue to find ways to push themselves to better performances.  The Twin Cedars girls track and field team gets to see if their home track gives them an extra edge when they host the Saber Relays on Tuesday.
