The Pella High girls soccer team notched its fourth straight victory – and tenth overall – blanking Bondurant-Farrar 3-0 Tuesday night in Pella. The Lady Dutch led the Bluejays 1-0 at the half after a Lexi DeHeer goal that was assisted by Gabi Meirick. While the defense shut down Bondurant-Farrar, the offense added some insurance with a breakaway goal by Bri Schroder and a loose ball put in for a score by Addie Van Vliet to close out the game. The Lady Dutch held a 19-3 advantage in shots on goal, making the night a little easier on goalkeeper Zoe Vermeer; who finished playing in a tennis meet against Pella Christian just minutes before the match began. The Pella High girls soccer team enters the Tulip Time break with a 10-2 overall record.
