Bike Night is back in Knoxville. The six-year-old event debuts Friday night at the Knoxville Square. Event organizer Larry Kline says that after experimenting with a later start last year, they decided to return to their old calendar and kick things off in May. He says that because Knoxville sits in the crossroads of multiple highways, the town is easy for bikers to reach. Between that and the expanding vendor and entertainment options, Kline says Bike Night has become a popular destination. The downtown square will be closed to traffic tonight as the event runs from six to ten Friday evening.
