– Two Knoxville residents pled not guilty on a number of drug charges. Amanda Lowe and John Harlan both face five felonies apiece, including conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, two counts of child endangerment, and three counts of possession of precursors. Harlan’s trial date has been set for August 7th.

– 34-year-old Nicholas Mosher pled not guilty to 2nd degree burglary and 3rd degree theft. The Milo man is accused of stealing and using credit cards from the Pleasantville Fire Department. His trial has been set for August 7th as well.

– 38-year-old John Strelecki pled not guilty to 3rd degree sexual abuse. According to Marion County court records, Strelecki is accused of being sexually involved earlier this year with a 15-year-old girl. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

– 49-year-old David Goad of Knoxville pled not guilty to abuse of a dependent adult. According to Marion County court records, Goad is accused of stealing more than $14,000 from his mother’s bank account over the past two years. His mother is in a nursing facility and mentally unable to care for her finances. David Goad had power of attorney for her. A pre-trial conference has been set for July 18th. Goad faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
