Four arrests were made on Tuesday evening in Pella. The Pella Police Department was monitoring a vehicle due to a report of suspicious activity. Those in the vehicle fled after they realized they were being watched. The occupants hid in the storage area of an apartment building on Jefferson St. After a search warrant was executed on the vehicle, drug paraphernalia associated with methamphetamine use was recovered. Cody Radke of Des Moines was charged with trespassing, providing false identification, and drug paraphernalia. Bryan Eisentraut of West Des Moines was charged with trespassing, driving while suspended, and drug paraphernalia. Tonia White of Des Moines and Jennifer Way of Colfax were charged with trespassing and drug paraphernalia.
