Around 2:45 Friday afternoon, emergency crews responded to reports of a head on collision on mile marker 30 of Highway 163. A white four door vehicle crossed the median and struck a brown westbound truck. The truck subsequently rolled several times before coming to rest right side up in the median. All four were transported to the hospital, although the two minors occupying the white four door reportedly had only minor injuries. The Monroe Fire Department and the Iowa State Patrol responded to the scene. KNIA/KRLS News will bring you more information as it becomes official.
