The Knoxville Nationals are less than two months away, and the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum is making sure that their building looks its best before the event begins. Hall of Fame and Museum Director Bob Baker says the building is at the point where it should be painted again, which occurs on an eight-to-ten year cycle. Baker adds that they are also filling some cracks and holes, replacing the molding on the windows, and also fixing some of the insulation. The construction on the façade of the building is expected to continue for the next two-to-three weeks. The Hall of Fame and Museum remain open during those times.
