The second annual Lake Red Rock Balloon Festival gets underway Friday evening. Organizer Matt Kissinger says that they’ve added a lot this year to make it even more family-friendly. 27 balloons make their first launch at 6pm Friday. The Young Professionals of Pella will be hosting volleyball and live music Friday night at the lake as well. The fest continues Saturday with launches after 6am and 6pm.
