Pella High football fans got their first taste of what the Little Dutch will look like this season during last night’s intrasquad scrimmage, and now will set their sights on next Friday’s season opener.

“I’m just excited to see the kids – that have put so much time in, that have worked really hard, that have invested so much – to get an opportunity to get out on the field and play and see what happens,” said McKinstrey.

Pella opens the fall football schedule a week from tonight with a non-district contest at Class 4A Marshalltown.
