The Knoxville Police Department is investigating a pair of car thefts and possibly related burglaries from over the weekend. The thefts occurred in the area of North Seventh and Douglas Streets. One of the cars has been since recovered, and the investigation continues. KNIA/KRLS will bring you more information as soon as it becomes official.
