The Pella City Council met last evening and approved a development agreement between the city and Wesleylife LLC for improvements to the Wesleylife Campus. The council also set dates for taking bids and a public hearing for the South Water Tower painting project. They also waived a 3rd reading for two ordinances, one which allows for personal improvement services to advertise on the front of buildings in the downtown area, and another which places restrictions on the construction of accessory structures on private property.
