Beverley Joan De Ronde, a Pella resident who was indicted on 12 counts of mail fraud after borrowing $730,000 dollars from friends and relatives before filing for bankruptcy in 2010 appeared in US District Court on Wednesday. She entered a not guilty plea to her charges. If found guilty, she will have to pay back the loans to the U.S. Government, and forfeit any property purchased with the loans. Her trial is set to begin on October 29th.
