The Knoxville Cross Country Squads are finding their rhythm on the course these days. The Panthers had a good night Tuesday at their Invitational with respective fourth place finishes. Coach Mike Moats says the kids are working to run patiently…meaning not get too excited when the race starts. He adds running smart and disciplined and run into what he called oxygen debt…where they struggle to keep pace with the runners in front of them. He says when all of that comes together…both boys and girls will be more competitive each time out.
