The Red Rock Arts Alliance will be holding an art festival in Pella this winter. The Festive Whimsey and Fine Art event will take place at the Pella Memorial Building in December. They are looking for art vendors to fill out the festival. An application for artists can be found at the Red Rock Arts Alliance Facebook page. The Red Rock Arts Alliance is holding a work day to create displays an ornaments for the event on Sunday, and they are looking for any artist who would like to help. The work day is at the Pella Community Art Center at 1pm.
