Pella Regional Health Center has chosen their Shining Star Award recipient for January.Lindsey Keegel of Knoxville received the award. She works in Obstetrics, and her co workers say she is a valuable and dedicated member of the team. They cited a recent initiative where Keegel took it upon herself to organize a new system for storing supplies needed to treat a hemorrhage. She was able to set up tote bags with the supplies that can be grabbed in a moments notice. She will receive a $100 gift and a plaque.
