A groundbreaking for the new Hearthstone facility planned for the North side of Pella will be held Wednesday. The facility is called the cottages, and will cost around $20 million. Construction will begin with a groundbreaking on Wednesday next week. Nancy Hamilton with Hearthstone says that construction will move along quickly and they hope to have major construction completed by the end of the year. The groundbreaking begins at 9am.
