Shortly after noon yesterday in Pella at University and West 1st a van was rear-ended by a delivery truck. The Pella Police Department and Pella Ambulance responded to the scene. The first vehicle stopped at a marked pedestrian crossing for a pedestrian to cross, when it was struck by a delivery truck from Ottumwa. The driver of the struck vehicle complained of neck injury, but declined transport by ambulance.
