Plans are underway for Pella’s 11th annual Independence Day Celebration on Thursday, July 4. The events will start at 9:30am with fishing at Caldwell Park and the parade will take place from 1:30 to 3:00pm. Anyone who wants to enter the parade should call Paul Kingma at 641-780-6785.
