A Pella man was sentenced to three years’ probation Friday morning. 50-year-old Brian Stice pled guilty in April to possessing methamphetamine with intent to deliver and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. The case dates back to December, when Stice reported a theft relating to an illegal substance. Stice’s probation terms list several requirements, including drug treatment and submitting to toxicology tests. If Stice fails to complete those terms, he could face a 10-year prison sentence.
