During the week of June 30, 2013 to July 6, 2013, the Pella Police Department received 143 calls for service, issued 15 citations, 43 warnings and 8 parking tickets. There were 11 arrests made, resulting in 14 charges.

COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS
During the week of June 30, 2013 to July 6, 2013, the communications center fielded 301 telephone calls, assisted 82 people at the window and fielded 37 incoming calls on the 911 system.

ARRESTS
• On 06/30/13 Breanne C. Boston, 24, of Oskaloosa was charged with operating while intoxicated. Boston was incarcerated for the night.

• On 06/30/13 Nicholas C. Merical, 24, of Grinnell was charged with public intoxication. Merical was incarcerated for the night.

• On 07/02/13 Four juveniles of Pella were charged with a curfew violation. They were cited into juvenile court and released to parents.

• On 07/02/13 Mark E. Burns, 42, of Bussey was charged with driving while suspended. Burns was cited and released with a court date.

• On 07/03/13 Jake E. Maynard, 21, of Pella was charged with domestic abuse. Maynard was incarcerated for the night.

• On 07/04/13 Lukas J. Kollmorgen, 23, of Pella was charged with public intoxication and theft. Kollmorgen was incarcerated for the night.

• On 07/06/13 Curtis J. Veenstra, 50, of Pella was charged with theft and fraudulent practices. Veenstra was cited and released with a court date.
