The Red Rock Balloon Festival begins tomorrow and runs throughout the weekend. The unofficial launch of the festivities, however, will take place this evening with simultaneous hot air balloon flights over both Knoxville and Pella. The KNIA/KRLS news team will be aboard a balloon that will take off near the Knoxville Airport and sail over the downtown area, while a balloon will also float over the square in Pella.
