Kyle Strickler of Mooresville, N.C. was able to defend his title on Thursday night at the Knoxville Raceway to win his second straight Modified Division Harris Clash Title.After winning his heat earlier in the evening, Strickler was able to start on the front row for the A-Feature and lead flag to flag to claim the victory. Richie Gustin of Gilmon, Iowa was second and Glenwood, Iowa native Jesse Sobbing finshed third

Earlier in the night, Lake City, Iowa native Doug Smith was able to race his way to victory lane in the Sports-Mod A-Feature while Paul Nagel of Nevada, Iowa finished second.

Knoxville Raceway will be in action next on Saturday for 305, 360, and 410 racing action. Hot laps at 6:45 and Time Trials at 7:15.
